53 market stalls along Vinschgaustraße offer apricots, handmade crafts made from Lasa marble, and typical products from Val Venosta and South Tyrol.

The market stretches from the Peernstadl in the upper village, past the parish church, all the way to the Lasa Marble World.

hds Children’s Flea Market | 11.00 am – 5.00 pm

Under the motto “Children trade”, young sellers will offer handmade items and all kinds of things children may enjoy or need at specially designed flea market stalls on the square opposite Café Greta.

A lovely opportunity for children to try out their skills as the shopkeepers of tomorrow.

Val Venosta apricot bar with Val Venosta apricot beer, delicious Marillo, specialities by Genuss & Lachs, and much more.

For our young guests, there will also be a creative children’s programme with Kathrin: painting, crafting and playing with games and books created by Kathrin Gschleier, the well-known author of the popular “South Tyrol series”.

Peernstadl

The Laas Music Band and ASC Laas-Raiffeisen will be serving refreshing drinks, hearty dishes, fresh apricot dumplings and many other specialities, homemade apricot cakes, Strauben with apricot jam, and coffee.

Food and drinks at the village square

Enjoy special apricot delicacies from Gasthof zur Sonne and Gasthaus zur Krone. Cool refreshments will be served at the Lottobar.

Festival area at the Lasa Marble World

In the beautiful setting of the Lasa Marble World, you will find the Marble Bar with refreshing drinks as well as delicious grilled specialities by Pantastic.

Away from the lively market bustle, you can visit the historic portal crane and artistic sculptures, gaining an insight into the history of Lasa marble.

A great children’s play area with supervision is available on Saturday and Sunday from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm: cracking apricot kernels, playing in the Lasa marble sandpit, making marble pendants and painting marble stones with the AVS youth group.

Saturday and Sunday at 3.00 pm: traditional children’s games from Laas with Wilfried, including “Sautreiben”, “Spickern” and “Taler, Taler, du musst wandern”. Come along – young and old – and let us bring these old games back to life together, preserving them from being forgotten.
